• Be a permanent
resident of Barangay Batal, Santiago City.
• Be an Igorot residing in other Barangay of Santiago City, Municipalities of Ramon,
Cordon, San Isidro.
• Be of Legal age and with capacity to contract;
• Complete the Required Pre- Membership Education Seminar (PMES).
• Pledge to undertake the duties and responsibilities of member; and
• Pledge to patronize the services cooperative.
1. The applicant should apply in person at the
Coop Office.
2. Submit 1 Pc 2X2 ID picture and fill up application form for membership.
3. Has paid the following fees:
• For Regular Membership
a. Paid-up Share Capital (min) ₱ 10,000.00
b. Membership Fee ₱ 150.00
c. Damayan Fund ₱ 2,000.00
• For Associate Membership
a. Preferred Share Capital ₱ 500.00
b. Membership Fee ₱ 150.00

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS
1.
An individual, joint accounts or association that has opened any deposit account in BISADECO
and has paid the preferred share capital requirement.
2. Shall refer to as the member of a cooperative who has no right to vote or be voted
upon but shall be entitled only to such right and privileges provided in the By-Laws, as
follows:
